I visited this Starbucks location on October 10 around 6:30 PM with a friend and unfortunately, this was my third disappointing experience. The coffee was served cold, the glass cups were not properly cleaned, and the staff appeared overwhelmed, frustrated, and unwelcoming. Nice staff, but I would appreciate if they didn’t wait till I walk in to start my mobile order I ordered minutes ago . Need to be more attentive to customers waiting online for a while without any type of acknowledgment, especially if you’re in the front…
Placed an order did not use the milk I asked for and did not add the extra pumps I asked for had to remake it and still did not add the extra pumps I asked about it and they said they did like we can’t see them making the drinks. To top it off the store is disgusting food and drink all over the floors. There were about 6 people working so I don’t understand why things are so off. I wanted to get a refund but it would have taken even more energy than it took to receive the wrong drink twice.
