The worst thing about this location is literally the lack of customer engagement. I went in at different times of the morning to see if it was a fluke, nope. Over the course of three days, not one single person says hello, good morning, welcome in. Nothing. I will start ordering from a different location now that they have proven to be consistent. The drinks are inconsistent, but that’s to be expected. Customer interaction is completely within your capacity to get right every time!
My new favorite drink hot white chocolate with milk and extra shot of white chocolate and cinnamon powder on top.
As a delivery driver, this place has lost me $20 in business because they couldn't find my order and said somebody else picked it up at first. But then all of a sudden, they found it after I canceled. Then they took forever on another order that I was waiting for.
