Ok whoever has the bright idea of having someone stand at the drinks when you pick them up and question you ITS AWFUL!! I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE ! I want to go in an grab my drink in peace like I used to. I don't want you to yell at me from across the coffee shop asking how I am. I want to be left alone to get my drink hence the order online and bypass having to talk to anyone. It is uncomfortable to me that there's some gate keeping the drinks....
