Second time Door Dashing Starbucks. Second time the order not what was ordered. Last time order was and coffee was delivered upside down. This time they just sent wrong size and charged for large sizes. When called got an automated message saying they didn’t have any way to refund or correct the problem. Since everyone goes to Starbucks guess they don’t care if they lose several customers.
Outstanding service at drive thru. Richard completed my order quickly and a Very kind person. I’ll start using Starbucks here more often.
Went through the drive-through this morning and it took almost 15 minutes. They stopped taking orders for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window and asked them they thought it was funny and said it was normal to wait 10 minutes to order because they have a shift change. So you might wanna call ahead of time and make sure they’re not having a shift change before you get in line at the drive-through get stuck.
