The service was sooo goodrrrrrrrr. I went with my gf to get pumpkin cold brews and they were the bomb dot com. I had an excellent experience at this Starbucks thanks to Cynthia. She was friendly, attentive, and made my drink perfectly. Cynthia greeted customers with a genuine smile and kept the line moving efficiently while still making everyone feel welcomed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and creates a positive atmosphere. Baristas like Cynthia make the visit worth coming back for. Highly recommend her service!
Hot americano taste like hot water, no coffee taste at all. Very dissatisfied and expensive coffee just to dump it in the garbage.
Thank you Valeria you're the kindest sweetest angel! she doesn't know it but she made my whole day yesterday! It's not the 1st time, every time she's there always smiling and kind! The drinks here are The Best honestly, never had a bad drink! unlike N Elston location watered down and sad -100, Ogden Ave and Harlem is a hit and miss but Cicero has the best employees! xoxoOxXX!
No coffee because middle of the day she clean it up the machine somebody should be doing that end of the day
