This is the second time I order a drink from this star bucks location. customers come after me and leave beforeme while im still waiting for my drink. The staff made a mistake and gave my drink to someone in the drive thru.
Ordered a shaken espresso and was disappointed. One it doesn’t even look like the order and two the drink isn’t even full. I know the lighting isn’t the best but it doesn’t not meet the Starbucks standards :(
Okay I'm not going to be mean about the ppl at the window because they're very nice. But when I order a venti coffee I expect it to be filled not an inch empty. I come here alot and either they forget the foam. As soon as the person gave it to me it felt empty. It's really frustrating to pay 9 dollars for a coffee and more than an inch to get coffee. May as well have ordered a grande. I'm annoyed
I got my birthday drink and a ice chai latte. The cashier was super nice and service was excellent. The person that took care of me went above and beyond. Thank you and will be back for sure.
