I ordered online. Went in to grab my order and asked for the code to bathroom and the young lady rudely responded "not without getting something started for me" I told her I had ordered online and she scuffed and gave me the code as she was already walking away. Like she didnt believe or something. I understand that you guys probably have to deal with a lot of unsavory people. But maybe employees could not treat people rudely regardless of their current circumstances. Or maybe just not be rude at all.
I walked in to pick up my mobile order and ask for the code for the restroom. The barista immediately says "so we have a new policy, only paying customers are allowed to use the bathroom." I had to explain that I WAS a paying customer, and they were nice enough after that but the damage from the location itself has already been done.
