This place has gone down hill lately with service and quality. The attitude of a few employees are as if you are a bother and they just can't seem to pump things out like the store used to. I sat there watching my cup get pushed aside for a long time. When I asked about it the employees were visibly annoyed and the drink just stayed waiting to be made. After 10 minutes we walked away . Sad

I placed an order on uber eats. I ordered 2 drinks. I received 0 straws for my drinks. How do you forget the straws?!
Forest Grove Starbucks is my go-to for daily coffee. I’ve been going there for about 3 years now. The staff is absolutely amazing. I have gotten to know almost everyone and they remember me as soon as I start to order. Shoutout to Ammirah, Jada, Morgan, Karla, Gaby, Michelle, MacKenzie, Josh, Tyler, Gabe and Elias. I’m sure I’m forgetting one or two (sorry ) but the point is they are all personable, friendly and professional, so much so that I look forward to going there every day.
