I ordered in drive thru, 2 caramel ribbon crunches with extra caramel and extra crunch all over the cup; mind you like i do EVERY SINGLE DAY! Well today at 6am before work i come through an order, when i received the two drinks they did not have any crunch or caramel on the inside of the cup like i specifically asked for. So i politely said “hey theres no crunch or caramel all over the cup is there any chance you could add that for me”? This place has gone down hill lately with service and quality. The attitude of a few employees are as if you are a bother and they just can't seem to pump things out like the store used to. I sat there watching my cup get pushed aside for a long time. When I asked about it the employees were visibly annoyed and the drink just stayed waiting to be made. After 10 minutes we walked away . Sad
Very friendly and most of all they treat their customers with excellent service
