They let you stand at the counter without asking what you need. They don’t tell you to get your refill at the Register. Hello if you’re going to offer free refills, tell people where to get it for pizza sake got four people in there. Not one person offered to help or see what I needed.
Clean and expensive nice place
The ambience was good. I took the Iced Horchata Oat milk Shaken Espresso and all I got was ice. I have taken the same drink at my local Starbucks and I am pretty sure it tasted a lot better. The drink was decent and the staff had a lot of attitude.
