Came here for the first time today with the family. We tried to order our drinks but were not understood by the cashier. My husband tried to order a latte with three shots and had to repeat it multiple times before she understood him. When my daughter ordered her and her sisters frappuccinos, the cashier first started talking about shots of espresso and then thought her sisters "brown sugar frappuccino" was a shot of syrup in her first drink.
