Came here for the first time today with the family. We tried to order our drinks but were not understood by the cashier. My husband tried to order a latte with three shots and had to repeat it multiple times before she understood him. When my daughter ordered her and her sisters frappuccinos, the cashier first started talking about shots of espresso and then thought her sisters "brown sugar frappuccino" was a shot of syrup in her first drink. Crew does a great job.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. It’s the only one on this road for miles so we stop only when we don’t have other options. They’re slow, the place is always a mess and today when I went in to pick up my mobile order I waited for over 15 minutes during which time the barista stopped making drinks at the bar and got on register, despite there being a line, and the only drinks being made were by the drive thru.
