Paid $6.00 for a cappuccino that was all foam very little liquid. After many times of upset at this store,I finally learned my lesson I'm Done
Hands down the worst location in Madison! The rudest employees. None of them ever want to do there job. Like the bare minimum. Just basic Grande decaf Pike and it's the end of the world. Watched her click regular. Said something and she gaslit me. Meanwhile...IM USED TO WORK FOR STARBUCKS!!! im not dumb! the light under decaf is not on and its the regular Christmas blend. I have a medical condition. She could kill someone! Just use your brains!
Rude and slow drive thru service.
No stars if I could. This is my go to for early morning work meetings, but twice I have gotten here at 5:30 & their doors have been locked even though thier hours say they open at 5am. I did call & verify that the lobby does open at 5. I usually pre-order or like to go in the lobby because I order a food item & I feel that can delay the drive through.
