This is my fourth time there. Its on my way. Second time my drink was incorrect, I still took it as they were busy. This fourth time I asked young lady there with glasses if I could have a coffee sleeve. I extended my hand and she threw it on the counter that was definately not customer service. Was it because im latino? She obviously handed a non latino person a drink on their hand.
I'd give zero stars if I could. The barista who took my order was incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering her with my choices. She had a bad attitude the whole time while taking the order. The rest of the staff seemed just as unhelpful and unpleasant. If you don't like your job, why apply?
Very disrespectful. Asked for a drink made properly and got a lot of attitude, if you don’t like your job please quit. Never coming back.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Starbucks was unacceptable. The store was clearly understaffed, and the team seemed completely overwhelmed—but that doesn’t excuse the level of rudeness we experienced. I politely asked for a 4-cup carrier for our order of four drinks and was abruptly told they were out by an employee named Emma.
