I stop here often, but after Saturday afternoon's visit, I'll likely go elsewhere. I ordered a croissant and latte -- this was a drive-thru visit -- and paid nearly $11 for my order before adding a tip. As soon as I pulled up to the window, the server shoved a mobile card reader at me. After paying, I showed my phone app to scan for points, but was told 'Sorry, too late.' The staff dropped my personal mug and served me a coffee with dirt and mud mix with my coffee and on the edge of mug, and told me they can't wash customer's mug due to some safety issue. The manager did eventually help me clean the mug and remake me one. But have been to Starbucks worldwide, this experience is very impressive...
