This is my nearly daily “go to” location and I always have an amazing experience. The team knows me by name and always makes me feel like a rockstar when I go in or drive through. I would say that anyone leaving a bad review might want to explore how they treat people - you get out of this world what you put in. I have always had GREAT interactions with all staff at this location.
Best Starbucks in Madison — and it's not even close. I've been coming to this location for years, and what keeps me coming back isn't just the coffee — it's the team. I had a very unpleasant experience at the Starbucks on Triberton Pike this morning. This is not my usual location, but after this visit, I will not be returning. At the drive-thru, I was assisted by two employees, Dan and Remy. From the start, the interaction felt unwelcoming—there was no greeting, just a request for payment.
