Excellent customer service. Clean and very inviting. Lily was very friendly and amazing to our 3 year old son. Thank you!
Not gonna lie, there have been occasional issues with my orders from time to time. Usually it’s the espresso missing, or I ordered something iced and received a hot drink. However, the customer service here is unmatched. I hate having to ask for a redo and usually avoid it because I know how overwhelming it can be in a busy environment, but I feel comfortable doing it here because they always handle it with care and make it right!
