Used to work in Starbucks and been coming to Starbucks for 20 years… never had to wait more than 10 minutes for coffee. The drive through line did have about 6-7 cars waiting but still…. I waited for a total of 14 mins, the person in front of me had a mistake and in her drink, the person in front of her left upset bc he had been waiting for so long… the people were not nice .. and they added whip to my drink when i specifically asked for no whip cream. Was disappointed …. And I Love Starbucks … so it was hard.
This might be the worst Starbucks in Massachusetts. I spent 20 minutes stuck in the drive-thru, even though there were only two cars ahead of me. By the time I got my drink, the ice was completely melted. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the barista gave me attitude instead of fixing the problem.
This is my favorite Starbucks. I usually just use the drive thru, but my drinks and food are always right and the staff are sooooo friendly at this location, it always puts a smile on my face!
