We first went to the Starbucks in Farmers Branch, I ordered a decaf iced vanilla sweet cream brew but was told they don't make decaf, they suggested the venti iced Americana (?) Vanilla pumps & half and half. It was the worse coffee I have ever tasted! Not decaf at all! I called the store they stated they added full espresso shots. They explained we could go back or stop at any Starbucks show the receipt and get a new drink. We pulled up to the Addison location off Beltline. They exchanged my drink without a problem. Avoid this Starbucks like the plague, so slow, out of everything and poor service.
10 out of 10 experience! Long story short I got coffee from a different Starbucks location on my way to work and it was awful! I couldn’t even drink it! I went to the nearest Starbucks to my work wanting to request some extra pumps of white mocha just to see if it would help my drink taste better. Matthew displayed awesome customer service. Good experience overall. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Solid option for a quick meal, and I’d come back again.
