Very good shop. One of the ones that still has a pleasant coffee shop vibe. My order was done quick and was great. I enjoyed my caramel macchiato. I don’t feel like caffeine I get the peppermint, hot chocolate. The area was clean and there was plenty of open space. Nice place, would definitely recommended if you need coffee and you’re in the area.
I am never the type to write reviews but I am extremely disappointed in the service I was provided at this Starbucks. I had place a mobile for 2 drinks. I had went to the speaker and was already given attitude. Once I arrived at the window I was given my 2 drinks but I also had order a bakery item. I believe the girl at the window name was Rosa, I had told her that I was missing a bakery item, she did not say anything instead shut the window on me. Whoever was working the drive through at 12:30 PM on Tuesday March 10th has the worst attitude. I asked a simple question of what sweetener goes into the matcha and she was in the mic huffing and puffing because she didn’t want to answer the question. I’m sorry for not wanting 40grams of sugar in my matcha with that classic syrup that they use. She also slammed the window closed when we were trying to get the app to load into for payment. Girl should find a new job if she doesn’t like customer service.
