The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable Food rating is because it is nothing fancy and this is a open ask for Starbucks to make the caramel brulee latte holiday coffee a year round item. Additionally I always come in to order a coffee for my father, both times of him ordering, and today I ordered his coffee has been wrong. Last time was overdone the amount of chocolate, and today it's like it had Oat milk instead of milk/ creamer.

Horrible Starbucks. We waited in line an extremely long time. We couldn't leave because your semi truck driver blocked the only way out. Once we ordered, your cashier said they don't have the drink available, and to order something else. We ordered something else, and she completely got the order wrong because she didn't listen AT ALL. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE ANYMORE.
