Our review about Bella, specifically. On March 29 we bought two bags of your Sumatra coffee and asked Bella to grind them. We sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee and then left without our two bags of coffee. Bella had brought them to us at the table and we put the bag on the floor. It took us several hours to realize we didn't have the two bags, and another day to finally figure out what might have happened to them. I have been going to this Starbucks forever as I live 30 seconds away and haven’t had issues until recently. I’m not sure whether it is a reflection of having hired new staff or what, but every morning that I come and get a venti shaken espresso.
