Some Starbucks are really good and some are not and the major difference is the service and making you feel welcome. This location really made you feel welcome and has friendly staff. However, the one in Hills Shopping center in Bedminster does not want you there. I witnessed them kicking out people who were sitting inside.
Customer service vibes sucks! I went one week straight everything was good! This 2nd week starting Saturday the 10th downhill! Can’t make the drink all of a sudden! Wrong drink twice now, I asked the guy why the price was so high he don’t know! But I found the mistake. It’s like if you don’t want to work don’t come to work! Everything going up and as a customer I’m suppose to accept this horrible customer wrong! Won’t return to this Starbucks location NO MORE‼️
