Literally one ounce of milk in my matcha the rest was foam??? Very strange has happened a few times I am only using the Briarcliff Starbucks from now on
I have been going to this Starbucks forever as I live 30 seconds away and haven’t had issues until recently. I’m not sure whether it is a reflection of having hired new staff or what, but every morning that I come and get a venti shaken espresso. In the past few weeks it has not been made correctly once and tasted completely different and bad. Considering I’ve been getting this drink since it came out I know what it should taste like. Kevin is a worker here at the Starbucks in Ossining and he is the kindest!! I absolutely think that Kevin should get paid extra for his hard work to make his customers happy! GO KEVIN!!
