I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for nearly nine years. Throughout that time, I’ve always been welcomed to order or pick up my mobile order with my dog by my side. Even during COVID, when restrictions were heightened, the staff went above and beyond by taking my order outside and bringing my drink to me — exceptional service. Unfortunately, the inconsistency in their so-called pet policy is frustrating and makes loyal customers like me feel unwelcome.
