The employees at this location are very rude. I placed a mobile order on my way to the store thinking it would give them more time to make my order. I pull through the drive thru and they tell me “you placed your order 3 minutes ago and we have 5 orders ahead of you so please go through the drive thru again.” This makes absolutely 0 sense because if I just ordered through the microphone it would be ready by the time I got to the window. Staff are always friendly!
Today's visit I watched the lady spill my drink on accident. Just a little bit, but instead of refilling it she put the lid on and gave it to me. When I asked her to put more in it she just said it was only the cream, like I didn't want her to fill up my $6 drink anymore. She eventually did but not happily.
