They changed their coffee, similar to Sonic. It makes your mouth feel grainy. Probably some kind of additive.. Employees are not as attentive anymore, barely want to look at customers. The buildings are way less welcoming. The whole place is on its downturn
I go to this location A LOT and it went downhill. I noticed these newer employees are not reading the label for mobile orders. I was asked today "Do you want whip in the drink?" Well of course you big dummy the label says "Add Whip" I wouldn't post a review but to forget something over 6x and it clearly shows on the label is INSANE. The older group of employees were much nicer, actually read labels.
