Service is slow, but drinks are ok. They get my drink right half the time. Sometimes, they make my drink too diluted with water, and other times when I ask for "light ice" they fill with nice. So, it's an ok place... PK and I come and meet here all the time back in 2021. We would get some snacks like Crackers and cheese and a sandwich from Vons and eat it here with Starbucks before she goes to work in the evening.

I planned to meet colleagues here. There is one table and NO space to maneuver. The station for spoons, sugar and creamer is directly behind the chairs, so we were constantly being bumped into by other customers. I was going to order to go before we left because the tiny little table was filled with papers and laptops and I didn't want coffee spilled on anything, but an employee came and asked us to order or leave. They literally didnt the 3 espresso shots in our drink and literally served us a cup of oatmilk with cinnamon powder. I took the drink back and instead of espresso they added regular coffee. Arguably the dumbest barista Ive ever came across!
