Management here must be completely asleep at the wheel: (1) Small restaurant—just six little tables—but you’ll seldom find one that is cleaned off and ready for the next customer to use. (2) The staff is immature and wildly unprofessional. Patrons often bring their laptops, homework (very frequently), etc. But the staff is constantly horsing around, singing loudly, whistling, making farm noises, and being generally disruptive of the patrons who are working. Very friendly staff. Everything is made super quick. I came on a early Sunday morning, and it was empty. Perfect time to grab a coffee and relax.
Completely disorganized. No names taken, no system. I waited 15 minutes for a simple matcha while people who ordered after me got their drinks first. Meanwhile, the baristas were just laughing and chit chatting instead of keeping things organized. They even had to ask what I was waiting for. Do better.
I’ve had a few issues with this starbucks. Overall service isn’t the best here. Yesterday I ordered a drink with the non dairy cold foam. It was confirmed on the sticker on my drink. I received the dairy cold foam didn’t realize until after a few sips, resulting in intense stomach issues. Don’t go here if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
If i could give a zero i would. I had gone with some friends through the drive through and we wanted to do separate payments, and at the speaker they said it was fine. However, when we reached the window, our order was all incorrect, and we even got charged for items we didn’t order. At the window the proceeded to say we are unable to do separate payments, and we were getting too to do one payment and that we were taking too long at the window, even though it wasn’t our fault. Very rude service from all the staff.
