This used to be the best Starbucks location I’ve ever visited, but things have taken a turn for the worse over the past few weeks. The staff used to be professional, polite, and hardworking. However, it seems that the experienced employees are gone, and the new staff do not appear to be properly trained. Give yourself 10-15 minutes after ordering during the day because it’s a pretty popular spot (considering it’s right next to college) and it gets real busy. Only 2-3 people work at a given time so it could take long. Food is good
I was a regular at this location. Unfortunately I will never return since the barista Lisette accused me of trying to scam Starbucks for a free drink. Although I showed her the order confirmation she insisted I was a thief.
