I feel like the staff here are only friendly with certain people—everyone else gets treated very coldly. I ordered two drinks today, and one of them ended up spilling because of how the situation was handled. I asked for a bag, and the worker told me I had to pay 5 cents, even though I had already paid at the register. I had a very disappointing experience. The cashier had a rude attitude from the start and wasn’t attentive. I specifically asked if I had any points to apply to my order, and she told me no. However, when I checked the app, it clearly showed I had 25 points available for a discount. She eventually applied it, but only after I pointed it out. When I paid with a $20 bill, she gave me back $0.10 and then asked if I had given her more money. Got a leftover Frappuccino after waiting 20+ mins for my order that was supposed to be done; and it had whole milk in it cuz it’s 3 in the morning and my stomach hurts even tho I ordered oat milk. And when I do order oat milk it doesn’t do that. And the color of the frappe looked really light too. Not to sound like a big back but I think I’d peep any difference from smth I’ve been ordering for years. Don’t order from here if you care about your money or service 👍 gl
