I've always had good experiences at this Starbucks, which is why I was so surprised by what happened this morning. I tried to order my coffee online while I was on my way to work so I could pick it up before catching my train, but mobile ordering wasn't working. Staff is pleasant.
Terrible customer service. I shouldn’t have came in here anyway but I did and walked right out. Being BEHIND THE COUNTER & expecting a customer to speak first is weird. The guy was weird hater with bad customer service and manners. No respect for women.
