I waited a whole hour, checking to see if my drink was being made multiple times until one of the staff said that they actually don’t have that drink even though I was able to order it on the app. In the end i left with a drink that was meaningfully lower in price and sad and frustrated. There was a rush but as it died down they could’ve noticed that I’d been standing there for so long or actually cared to check my order when I asked.

Really indifferent and rude staff. The baristas let my coffee sit behind the counter while it got cold. I received the wrong bakery item, and was simply told "sorry" when I mentioned it. That sorry did not include a correction.

Stopped in the Flatbush Starbucks today with my Yorkie to pick up a mobile order. I had three items, and I could tell the barista working the mobile bar was overwhelmed, so I asked another barista if I could have a bag with handles. Instead of responding to me, the barista simply pointed me toward the already busy mobile barista, who told me the bag would cost 5 cents and that I would need to wait in line to purchase it.
