I have been going to the Starbucks for a long time now and the people working there have always been absolutely wonderful and are so sweet and efficient and can really put a smile on my face in the mornings! Drink quality has become inconsistent, with orders frequently made incorrectly. Customer service has declined significantly, and recent policies now include refusing pup cups and even water unless a purchase is made. At Starbucks’ current price point, declining drink quality and poor customer relations make it hard to justify supporting them — especially in towns with excellent local coffee shops that prioritize community and customer experience.
I love this Starbucks especially the barista Jax he is one amazing employee and he should be rewarded this Starbucks deserves 5 stars
