Ridiculously long wait times aside, the baristas here are NOT PROPERLY TRAINED to make drinks. Whenever I order anything with cold foam, the cold foam is always very watery but EVERY other location I’ve gone to makes it the right way. And they also don’t follow instructions, I’ve had syrups put into drinks where I purposely REMOVED the syrups (too much sugar makes me nauseous). These people need to be trained right or fired.
Better flavors in Comparison to Dunkin and atmosphere ia very inviting. I personally have only purchased SB' s Nespresso Coffee Pods or received delivery @ work I've never visted an actual store and chill'd to drink my Beverage . So this was an enjoyable experience
Horrible service by John. I stopped by around 8:30 and needed to use the bathroom while visiting. All of the others employees said I can use the bathroom and then John came behind me and told me I couldn’t. So rude! I’m a young female who wasn’t disheveled or out of the ordinary. He was not kind at all! He needs training on customer service.
I stopped by this Starbucks today while I was out running a few errands and it ended up being a really pleasant break in the middle of my day. The store has some really nice artwork on the walls, and they still had a few cute sale items left over from the Christmas season, which I wasn’t expecting but definitely enjoyed looking through.
