I ordered a Unicorn Frappuccino with oatmilk for my daughter because she’s lactose intolerant. I saw the employee put whole milk in it and told them it was for my daughter and could make her sick. They looked me in the face and told me they used oatmilk, but after my daughter drank it, she got a stomachache and we had to throw it away. I’m honestly shocked that someone could lie to your face like that without caring about the consequences. I’m sharing this so others know to be very careful when ordering from this location.

This Starbucks is overall run well but the staff has little concern for patrons in the afternoon there are no seat and they allow patrons to sit all day and bring in outside food and it's frustrating to purchase drinks and have no seats

Ridiculously long wait times aside, the baristas here are NOT PROPERLY TRAINED to make drinks. Whenever I order anything with cold foam, the cold foam is always very watery but EVERY other location I’ve gone to makes it the right way. And they also don’t follow instructions, I’ve had syrups put into drinks where I purposely REMOVED the syrups (too much sugar makes me nauseous). These people need to be trained right or fired.
