This establishment is very spacious and has outdoor seating.
Poor service no one cares how long you standing there to order the gossip it’s more important than the customer and no one call you when your drink it’s ready you need to go and check everyone’s drink cup to see it it’s yours ridiculous All tables and chairs are filthy sticky they never clean Unacceptable food business to be filthy
I was at this Starbucks today at 3:50 pm, there were 3 employees (girls), all three looked at me multiple times and didn’t bother acknowledging or saying anything, they just continued their gossip so I left. Obviously they know nothing about customer service and don’t care. I had to put one star but even that’s not deserved for this kind of behavior.
The Vintage Oaks Starbucks has the worst service in Marin County. I give one star for the one good barrister. Male.
