Starbucks, 10930 Fairfax Very polite and professional staff, with enough regular customers that they’re greeted by name. I’m generally not inclined to visit Starbucks, but this location may change my mind. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, clean tables, comfortable seating, and soft background music that encourages conversation rather than competes with it. This is my only Starbucks on the way to work. So I stop here daily, but lately this place has really gone down hill. I’ve ordered the same drink for the past 5 mornings and received 5 totally different drinks (3 of which I was charged twice for because they did something wrong and scanned my app again). So between the terrible quality of product and the ineptitude of staff causing me to pay double for almost everything, I think I might have to give the Dunkin’ across the street a try for awhile.
Total waste of money. They don’t put the right amount of coffee — I tried the shaken espresso twice and had the same issue both times. I even had to go back once to get it fixed. Then I ordered a hot mocha, and it was just as bad — basically paying for a cup of milk. The staff are friendly, but they definitely need more training on how to make the drinks properly. Don’t let this place ruin your morning.
I love starbucks but this location is awesome, customer service is the best, very kind and sweet
