michael is the best barista ever!! I came in this morning and my drink was awesome, he talked to me and made me feel so welcome in the environment. I’m totally coming back to the kamp washington location!!!
Quite possibly one of the worst Starbucks experiences that I have had. Ordered via the app for pick up which is something I typically do not do but I had a pet with me and just wanted to dash in. (Sorry, I'm just not a drive-thru gal.) My cheese Danish was warmed and already in the pick up place when I walked in the door. My drink, however, took another 15 minutes. It was not worth the wait. The Kamp Washington location is a top-tier oasis. Rockstars work here and have set the bar extremely high! This location is always pristine (including the bathrooms ), the employees are kind and patient; and the Baristas are very attentive and care that you actually enjoy your drink, even when they are extremely busy (special shout-out to the morning crew, especially Michael - he’s very respectful and his professional standards and high quality-results are reflected in his performance). I ordered through Starbucks app but my order was ignored. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes while people who ordered after me got their orders in 5 minutes. Very disappointing service.
Absolutely outstanding service every time! Val is an absolute gem at this Starbucks drive thru. She’s always so friendly, upbeat, and makes every interaction feel personal and warm. Even on busy mornings, she remembers the little details and makes you feel genuinely welcome. She brightens up the whole experience and is the reason I keep coming back. If you’re in the area, this location is lucky to have her, I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi. Thank you Val for making mornings better!
