I want to use the restroom and he said its for customers only, even though I ordered coffee before, then he said sorry we closed, I find that very rude and I need to use the restroom really bad for number 1. I don’t recommend this store with this rude employee/manager
A steady stream of cars in the drive through but not a long line by any means: the entire team was focused on pumping out vehicle orders and giving the impression of ignoring folks coming in to stay. Got the default “hi” walking in which made the 15m wait standing at the counter that much more insulting. The priority should be weighted well between the folks “coming in” by car and “coming in” physically through the door. I’m not saying I’m an expert in how to run a Starbucks but there’s got to be a better balance.
