Not amazing. Seating area and floor are visually cold and uninviting. Forgot my name, so just wrote "aloha" on the cup, which is totally fine except they never called for me so when I'd go up to look for my name, it was nowhere to be found. My beverage was meh. Same thing I get at every Starbucks, here it was heavily watered down and just tasted "wrong". Coffee cake was dryer than a California drought. Not returning here anytime soon. ..luckily they are on every corner so I can just go to the next one.
******* WOW ****** Employee scratches her arm alot then her hair and I ask another girl to get me another lid and she says, Oh she'll get it for you. I said, um can you get it for me please, she then had an attitude and I told her, I dont mean to give you a hard time, its just that, she was scratching her arms and then her hair and she grabbed my cup with her fingers at the top.
