Great coffee good service
I went to Starbucks to pick up a mobile order through the drive-thru and was told there were eight orders ahead of mine and that I needed to drive around the building, get back in line, and let them know when I returned to the speaker. Bad customer experience, this is usually my to go Starbucks due to the convenience but I won’t be coming back here. I ordered in the drive thru a tall vanilla cream cold brew, when I approached the window, this black guy with glasses was very rude. First they got the order wrong and made a Trenta. That’s too much caffeine for me and the coffee cream ratio was way off, so I asked the guy to please redo it and give me what I ordered. I came to this Starbucks today and saw the road trip cup on display, so grabbed it and brought it to the register. The product was clearly displayed on the shelves as if it was available for purchase, and it makes no sense they'd have an item unavailable for sale on display without any signage to clarify they aren't for sale yet.
