7:10am Placed a mobile order for a shaken espresso, and I usually customize the milk and ice, but I didn’t see the option this time. I called the store immediately after placing my order to request lighter milk (even if it meant the drink wasn’t filled to the top). Stopped in to get a Medicine Ball Tea which is what I have always called it for years. The lady was very rude and refused to serve me because I called it that. Have never had that problem before. Went ahead and went to a different location.
