Starbucks is always a great place to grab a coffee and relax. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and quick with orders. The drinks are consistently delicious, especially the lattes and seasonal specials. It’s also a nice spot to work or meet with friends — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops to visit.
I ordered and paid for. “Venti” Hot Matcha Latte …however the contents are that of a Grande. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I thought the cup felt light, so I didn’t drink any and waited until at work and the foam settled. As you can see, it isn’t what I paid for. Very disappointing!! The drinks are too expensive not to receive what is paid for. Please do better and give customers what they pay for. *I’m not sure I’ll return to this location in the future.
