Burnt coffee, rude staff, extremely long lines both inside and drive-thru. Not recommended. You can find better coffee alternatives like Mercury's coffee, or Black Bear Coffee, or Bikini Baristas in the valley
If you want to support a local business that is within a few blocks and blows Starbucks out of the water go to La Crema Patisserie. Fresh French pastries made by a professional daily, good coffee, and excellent service. I'm getting tired of going to this Starbucks, ordering something simple, giving 33% tip and getting the drink wrong. Additionally today was the last straw, just went in to get a coffee with room.
