I ordered a decaf cinnamon dolce latte. Decaf due to a caffeine intolerance. Well, I received a caffeinated one, even after double checking at the window that it was made decaf. I am now sick from the caffeine. The baristas need to pay more attention to what they’re making. I can’t trust ordering from this Starbucks anymore.
Man I've been to a lot of Starbuck around the country, and I must say this has been my best experience! A special shoutout to the store manager, who doing an outstanding job leading the team. After more than 20 years of frequenting the Perinton Starbucks as "my" cafe, I'm done! Yesterday, not only did it take just short of a half hour to get my drink-mind you in cafe, but the quality of the drink and services were far and above the worst I have ever experience. Really gone downhill since management changed. The old manager made sure to know frequent customers by name and always resolved problems with a smile. New manager is always rude and condescending and the staff just generally seems miserable since she took over.
