I have been sitting in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. No exaggeration. When I finally arrived at the window not only was my order not ready, but I had to place it again. The poor girl on DT should not be training alone on a Sunday afternoon. Our food order came out incorrectly (meat supposed to be removed), as well as the drink. ⭐☆☆☆☆ If there were an award for world-class terrible customer service, this Starbucks would win it—hands down. This location serves nothing but bad customer service. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks today. When I pulled up to the window, the barista had my drink in her hand but stood there talking to another employee for about a full minute—completely ignoring me.
