It was mayhem in there. The front door has been out of order for months. It's messy/dirty. Both our drinks were wrong. People were standing everywhere waiting. It was crazy.
I visit this location 1-2 times per week. The staff are always friendly! My orders are always right. Occasionally there is a delay even when ordering well ahead of time via the mobile app. It's typically always when someone new is handling the food. It appears to be a pretty stressful part of the job honestly, especially for new employees. I think they need an additional warmer and perhaps 2 people running it when it's busy.
