I came in right as they were closing, and I really appreciate how the team still took my not-so-small order without making me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. They were patient, professional, and kind, even though I know they were probably ready to finish up their shift. It made what could have been an awkward experience feel completely normal. Thank you to the team working today (7/18/25) for their great attitude and customer service! It didn’t go unnoticed.
I love starbucks. This morning they gave me the wrong items and when asked if they could refund me the difference of what I paid vs what I was given, they could not and I'd have to wait while they made the correct order (thus making me run late due to their accident or take the incorrect order even though I had paid more for other items).
