I love starbucks. This morning they gave me the wrong items and when asked if they could refund me the difference of what I paid vs what I was given, they could not and I'd have to wait while they made the correct order (thus making me run late due to their accident or take the incorrect order even though I had paid more for other items). I was shocked i couldn't get even the difference refunded so I could get on my way to work.
