I took a video but it won’t let me post it here. This location closes at 7pm and I tried to enter at 6:50pm and the doors were already locked. So they locked them at least 10 minutes before close. If they say they’re are open until 7pm, then they shouldn’t lock their doors until 7pm. I tried to jiggle the door to get their attention but the guy and girl working there didn’t even bother to look up, as it appeared they were counting money from the register. I had such a lovely experience at this Starbucks location. The barista, I believe her name was Laney, made honestly the best drink I’ve had at Starbucks thus far. Not only this, but my Shaken Espresso came out very fast considering the insane rush. Overall, great and efficient staff, 10/10 experience!
It was closed when i was visiting the mall and couldn’t get my tea latte. Not a good time to remodel.
Employees are nice enough, but they can never make simple orders correctly.
