Staff is AMAZING!
Great Starbucks location. I bought a drink, hunkered down in a comfy corner chair, and worked here for 6 hours one day and no one batted an eye. I really appreciated this! Not to mention the staff greeted and said good bye to every guest I watched come and go that day. I’ll be happy to come back to this spot.
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. While drinks were being made, no names or drink types were called out for customers waiting to pick up their orders. There were about 10 or more drinks just sitting on the counter with no communication from the staff. I waited over 15 minutes in an empty lobby, only to realize that my drink had been sitting there the whole time. Not one employee acknowledged me or the other customers waiting. 1st time trying . Drive thru was busy so went inside. Noone inside ordered my drinks 2 strawberry frappachino. after 16 minutes went up amd asked about my.order they had every person in there working on the drive thru I canceledy.order due to only had a 15 minute break this one in tooele the worst ever. I have been to west valley and quick amazing even when they are packed also gave a tip and was told they could not refund what a joke horrible service.
