First of all I ordered my drink in a grande cup. Secondly I ordered as follows, “in a grade cup two shots of blonde espresso, two pumps of white mocha, splash of oatmilk and then nondairy whatever flavor cold foam” I pull up to the window with the tiniest cup handed to me. I order a water cup first the employees were kind and so I decided to order the cookie crisp mocha, how ever the drink was not the size I ordedled. The sweet heart did not ask for my receciet she simply fixed the issue with no attitude answer smile and kindness i don't always seeb that level of service not even at 5 star restraunts. She made me a new drinkk I offered and to let keep the first drink the other one, maybe give it to it to someone struggling. Baristas don’t acknowledge guests, especially when it’s busy. They seem miserable and unhappy to be there. Not a great way to start off the day. Sucks because this is the closest Starbucks to my work, but it’s been over a dozen times that I’ve visited in the last 2 months and almost all of my visits have been not so great. My drink today was not filled to the top, which really bummed me out.
The lady short mexican is so rude and dont put the right amount of chicken and veggies she scream to me because I ask for extra onions and lettuce bad. All bad experiences
