A truly awful store. Incompetent, rude staff. They botch your order then act like you need to kiss their arse when you ask for what you ordered and paid for. In particular double check your order before you leave the drive through. Otherwise they will refuse to remake your order. The epitome of bad service.
This is a decent Starbucks.... good location and huge lobby with lots of seating. 3 star rating?..the last few times I've visited, the lobby was closed...at 4pm! The website says closed at 8. What's going on?
Went to this location a few days ago, ordered, got to the pay window. Paid, the guy gave me my drink, but not the food that was ready and I could see it on the counter. He closed the window and I waited…honked the horn a few times and he looked at me, but didn’t open the window. WTH. Honked again, he opened the window and I said can I please get the food right there. He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Lord, someone please retrain the people at this location. The drink quality is good. However, l suggest they dedicate a few individuals to mobile orders and another few to in-house orders. This is the 3rd time I walk in and wait 15+ minutes for a beverage. It seems that their priorities are only on mobile orders. On all 3 occasions, there was a team of 5 individuals in house with a closed drive thru - not sure why they aren't having 2 individuals commit to pushing out in-house orders alone.
