Very disappointed in the service and drink. It was not what I asked for. I asked for iced matcha with a sugar free vanilla shot. I got a matcha latte. I said I requested a Matcha iced not with milk. They were not accommodating said that that is the only way they make it. The server who took my order did not ask for a milk preference so I thought she understood. I never said latte. Disappointing service all around. Heading back to Caribou
Just went in to get a quick coffee and was acknowledged by all the workers BUT the cashier. She looked at me several times but didn’t come up to help me. Several minutes later once two other customers came in she acknowledged them immediately and when I said that I have been waiting she gave a very obvious dirty and rude look. To ignore someone and then proceed to give them dirty looks and attitude when you finally take their order is not okay.
God awful location. Terrible employees. Rude, and disrespectful.
There are more than three people working at a time yet the floor and tables are often in need of attention. I was sitting on the patio and came in for a refill and they were like, "You left the store so we can't give you a refill," and they said it rudely.
