Dear Starbucks Management, I would like to bring to your attention an incident I experienced at your Gallery Edina location during a business meeting on date 6/14/2025 1.30pm I requested tap water and was informed that water could not be provided. I am always here, three days a week. Today there was two Somali girls just being so busy talking to each other and laughing even knowing that I’m waiting for the drink. It’s literally so quiet but took almost 10 minutes to make my one drink.
Excellent one.
