This is the only drive thru in the area. All the other Starbucks nearby are dine in/pick up only. So, this location just doesn't care about customer service. They are understaffed all the time and can't keep the drink orders straight. Rude and disrespectful when mistakes are made. I won't go through this Starbucks drive thru again. Update: I took a chance to try them again and the service has greatly impproved and the people are much friendlier. 5/17/26
I usually love Starbucks, I was traveling in the area and wanted to have a latte. Stopped at this Starbucks and, I'm not sure if the barista/ cashier was having a bad day or what, but, she was one of the most unfriendly people I've dealt with at a Starbucks. Typically, the employees at Starbucks are very upbeat and friendly. But, this one certainly was not and so, her tip reflected her attitude. 30 minutes ago the Drive thru lady was speaking so rudely to my mom and my mom was being sweet about it. then when my mom was asking her a question she just turned her head away and ignored and eventually we took the hint and left. So rude.
