LOVE the staff here! they are so incredible and amazing! Every time I come in they are so kind and welcoming and want to catch up. Will forever be my favorite Starbucks
Really disappointed with my experience here. They forgot to add the popping pearls to my drink, even though I paid for them, and I didn’t realize it until after I had already left. Mistakes happen, but what made the experience worse was how rude and dismissive the staff were while taking my order. They had an attitude the entire time and made me feel like I was bothering them. Definitely not the kind of customer service I’d expect from Starbucks.
My matcha was 10 minutes late after ordering on the app. My matcha was not properly mixed and just leftover matcha powder on my lid and so much residue on the bottom of the drink. i drink matcha a lot and this seems to be an issue with this location. My matcha comes out fine when i order elsewhere Oh well... 🩷
