Bad experience at this location. I have been a regular for years. But I’m not supporting this business moving forward.
This store was really dirty. Food and junk everywhere. They were friendly enough, but my drink tasted NOTHING like pumpkin which was what I ordered.
I usually don’t go to Starbucks because I never really felt comfortable in the past, but this location completely changed my mind. The service is amazing — always smiling, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Special thanks to Cat, Aliza, Lisa, and the rest of the team (sorry if I missed a few names) for making every visit such a great experience. The hospitality here is on another level, and the quality is always excellent. Thank you all very much for the outstanding service!

I absolutely love this Starbucks at Sunrise Blvd & Panther Pkwy! The staff here truly go above and beyond — they always greet you with a smile the moment you walk in, and they have a way of making every visit feel special. I especially love the little notes they write on the cups — such a thoughtful touch that can instantly brighten your day.
