The staff was very rude and unhelpful when I was trying to get my order
This location was pretty busy, but the team worked very fast, there were about 6 employees working at the same time, so the line moved quickly. The place was clean, I got my order fast, and it was honestly the best Refresha I’ve ever had. Great service overall!
It's incredible how inconsistent Starbucks customer service experience is. Some locations are amazing, and some are the worst customer service you've ever experienced. This location, falls short big-time on customer service. The girl that took our order and got our stuff was one of the rudest people I've ever spoke with. She absolutely hates her job, and hates you for going to Starbucks and making her actually work.
