This store not neighborly at all. 2 workers inside, door locked, rudely waving me away. They could easily brew a quick cup of coffee and I'd be on my way. These morning things matter on the heels of a cold snowy night. My local independent coffee store would open the door. No Starbucks for me for a long while.
This location is excellent, very organized and the staff is very helpful.
I visited this Starbucks on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, and ordered two refreshers. After taking a few sips, I noticed a black speck in my drink. When I removed the lid, I realized it was a dead fly inside the refresher. I have been a regular customer at this location in the mornings and have had minor issues in the past, but nothing like this. This experience was unacceptable, and I do not recommend this Starbucks.
Starbucks launched Bearista Christmas cups on November 6th. Come to find out the employees are buying the cups . Starbucks should not allow employees to buy them , especially if you make a craze for people to buy them for Christmas.
