The drive through worker added a $5 tip to my $6 drink when I told her I would not need a receipt. Upon learning this the manager, Devin, proceeded to charge me for the drink. Unethical and horrible customer service
Too expensive.
This location has poor service and takes a long time to provide what is ordered- even when almost empty. When I requested the “Starbucks offers free, same-visit refills on the iced brewed coffee they said they don’t participate. Makes NO sense
