This is hands down my favorite Starbucks to visit in the area. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in, the service is exceptional. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers feel taken care of and they always get my orders right. LOVE!
Staff are horrible with attitudes not friendly every time i go there there is an issue they don't make you welcome no greetings what so ever poor customer service the place where makes drinks there is always mess in the floor
Adam is always so cheerful!! Always in a good mood and has a smile on. Exactly what all Starbucks employees should be like.
Treated very poorly. Visited this location on 8/30/26. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee, waited 15 minutes and was given the wrong order. When I asked if it could be remade correctly, the barista refused. I then asked for a refund. Very disappointing customer service and not the experience I expected from Starbucks.
