I love this starbucks - they take the time to make my drink right - if not they always correct it no matter how busy it is the drive thru is fast the staff is awesome !
Mobile orders always take 20-30 minutes for them to be ready whats the point of ordering ahead if they are taking their sweet time. Every time I arrive for my mobile order I have to ask for it so they can actually start making it even if there is no customers inside the store or drive thru. All the workers do is talk instead of doing orders.
I love Starbucks santee ! Excellent service and great customer service.
