Twice I’ve gone there and both times the order is wrong. First time. I ordered an emperor’s cloud and mist tea, It’s a green tea. They gave me a black tea bags. The second trip. I ordered to London fog tea, they didn’t even put in the tea bags.
It was a vibe in there. Workers were all cool and the store was clean asl too. Would recommend.
Unfortunately, this Starbucks location consistently disappoints. The drive-thru staff is often rude and short with me, even when I’m being polite and patient. I always try to be kind, I never raise my voice or get upset, but it feels like they’re already irritated with me before I even finish my order. On top of that, the drinks are rarely made correctly compared to other Starbucks nearby. Whether it’s the taste, temperature, or ingredients, there always seems to be something off.
