Took 15 minutes to get two cups of water after our order… and we asked for no ice and still got ice water.
Honestly, I have tried to be more than considerate after ordering DoorDash from here multiple times. I understand times are hard and things are expensive, but that is NOT a reason to give cups half empty. I ordered two grande banana matchas and it looks like they took the amount of one cup and split it into two. I also ordered a hazelnut shaken espresso and you can see that the cup was never even filled, it had about 1/4 of the drink.
