I ordered a Chocolate Cream Cold Brew through DoorDash, which I usually order. When my Dasher brought my drink up, coffee was dripping from the bag it was in. Coffee got all over my desk, drowning everything that was sitting on my desk. The only thing the dasher said at the point she brought it up was, "I think theres something dripping in this bag." Half of my coffee was gone because the lid wasn’t fully sealed and I'm beyond upset.
This my favorite Starbucks! Amanda and crew exemplify the truest meaning of teamwork. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and great service!!!
