Took over 20 minutes for a drink. Food was cold by then. Weren’t in a rush making the drink.
I just moved to Willmar Mid-May....they have closed "early" 3 times...they get my 1 order wrong several times...and it's slow as molasses!! There was NO ONE in front of me ...it took almost 20 minutes AND IT WAS WRONG! I'm done!!!
Consistently terrible product. Orders not prepared correctly. Waste customers time and money. Store is full of boxes and not properly stored product. There is a cooler in the lobby. Baristas pull their dirty phones out of their pockets while preparing orders. The lines are always long whether they have 2-5 staff working. Terribly managed.
