They Filled my small coffee half Full. I was polite as no one needs to be rude over a coffee. But when I showed her just wanting the rest of my order. She says "ya we leave room for whipped cream". No that's not leaving room for whipped cream, you shorted me and now can't admit it. Super rude. 1 polite staff member fixed it when she looked in the cup and realized how bad/empty it was. But the original girl was so mad at me over her mistake, Made no sense.
Placed a mobile order, got notification that mobile order was done arrived two minutes late and order was not done, lobby was full of others who had unfulfilled mobile orders -some who had been waiting 20+ minutes. I also waited around 15-20 minutes after I was notified that my order was done. Maybe don’t offer mobile order if you can’t keep up. I will say my drink was very good so that’s a plus. However people typically place mobile orders to be time conscious so if you are one that does that this location is not for you.
They do a great job. I frequent here and they are always pleasant and quick. It's been a complete 180 compared to a few years ago when they had sporadic hours and employees had the personality of a squid. Now it seems everyone is happy and upbeat and determined to get the drinks out quickly. I will keep on going back.
The staff has poor manners and does not follow directions.
