Very long line but moved quickly. Order taker asked us to wait, then someone else jumped on and asked if we had ordered. You could hear chatter from inside and it sounded chaotic. Person in the windows seemed stressed and annoyed when I asked for straws for our drinks. Ordered 3 shaken espresso, 2 hazelnut and 1 brown sugar. There was no syrup in the brown sugar, it tasted like straight espresso, not how it usually tastes.
Since when can you NOT place more than 1 order from the same vehicle?! That has never been a thing. Placed 1 drink order and forced to go all the way around the building and get back into the drive-thru to place the 2nd drink order after being told there wasnt anyone behind us in line. By the time we got around there were 2 cars ahead of us and we had to wait again. Thee most ridiculous service we've ever dealt with.
