I am visiting family, I am from North Carolina and they were so sweet! They were very patient and quick to get the beverages out! The drinks were also really good. I would definitely go here again.
Drinks are usually pretty consistent and I’ve never received the wrong order or items missing. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I expect when they say a sandwich is available in the app that it is actually available. Went to pick mine up and they didn’t have it. Wanted me to go back to the register in order to get a credit. Not sure why you can’t credit the order. You pay enough for the coffee. You should get good service.
Male cashier was very friendly and polite. The 2 girls making coffee were too busy gossiping to work efficiently. I just had a seat and listened to them yak for 7 minutes before making my coffee to then just set it on the counter and not even call it out. I was the only order they had at the time.
