Ordered a grande caramel brulee lattee. Worst caramel brulee late I've had. Tasted like cafeteria machine coffee. Disappointment.
So I just went in to get a simple iced Matcha with oat milk. I literally read it off the spring menu option and after about 15 minutes, I got one that was hot and asked for it to be redone and then for the second one, I took a sip, and it didn’t taste right so then I went back and it was made out of and they told me it was made out of 2%. Horrible service and attention to detail.
Every time I tried to order the mango dragonfruit refresher online at this location, they never have the dried dragon fruit. Which wouldn't be a problem if they put on the app that they don't have the product available or give a refund. But they don't which sucks so I don't recommend order anything here.
