I was at this starbucks the other day, because usually I have very pleasant experiences there. However the other day there was a young man and young woman working whom I had never seen before. Plenty of parking, it's inside a little Market Mall. Close to UCONN campus so the service is a little slow but only because the place is usually busy, so ordering thru app at least 15 minutes ahead be your best option 😏 All of the Baristas are pleasant and friendly and it's obvious they're working as hard as they can, occasionally one bumping into the other. So much space for the customer but they need a little more space behind the counter too 🥰 The place is always clean and neat, restrooms also 👍

worst starbucks ever. i did a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:15 pm. i waited for 20 MINUTES. and the order was still not ready. when i asked for an update. they told me that they did not have the product needed to make my drink. therefore i waited patiently for no reason, watching the male barista literally take his time with completing orders and being on his phone. will not return. get better staff.
