I ordered through the drive thru and my drink was not properly made. I went inside to have it prepared properly and the guy preparing it wrote HAPPY HO on my cup. I called to speak with a manager and the call was given to Mecca. As she is discussing the situation with me the guy then states to her it was an accident. How? As she stated on the phone that anything written on the cup should be done before the cup is cold. Then states the pen ran out. If that’s a thing for employees to do. I’ve been thru the drive thru a few times now. The employees are always friendly, the line moves quick, and the coffee is consistently good. Well done.
