I come to Starbucks about twice a day… get my morning coffee. This afternoon I just wanted a cup of ice and I died them to charge me for it. They told me they can’t do that! Zero star for customer service.
If you plan to come to this Starbucks… DO NOT MOBILE ORDER. In the last three months EVERY mobile order for drive thru I’ve placed has been delayed. I’ll pull up to the drive thru, tell them I have a mobile order, and they will always tell me to come inside because there’s orders ahead of me, or tell me to come back later… WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?! If I order at the window, you have to make it before I get to the window… why would you not move my order up, as if I was ordering from the drive thru… NOT A SINGLE OTHER Starbucks... read more
