The blonde young guy working this evening was super rude when I tried to order over 30 minutes before closing. He was cleaning up, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited while he finished his task. After another minute or two I asked if they were closed? Not trying to be rude just felt dumb standing there that long, thought maybe they really were. The worst for me was the line, I skipped going in a couple days due to the extremely long line.
Poorly trained new hires. They aren’t following directions, listening to their customers, messed up my drink all week and refused to remake it. They were actually very unkind about it. Disappointing.
